How to avoid boredom? take a selfie.πŸ˜‚(Linya ng mga selfie Lover).
The boat was big enough for the passenger who want to sleep during thier trip. You can take a nap if you'd like. Featuring my bestie.πŸ˜‚

After 12345 years! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ i mean after 1 hour and 30 minutes. We already reach the Brgy.Janosa

Sorry for the "tagilid photo"πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
We proceed to the Base camp or Brgy hall for registration.πŸ˜‚ At the back of this base camp, there is a store where you can buy anything you need.(not anything walang ganun hoy! Hindi lahat ng kailangan mo mabibigay sayo. Wag assuming para hindi masaktan)πŸ˜‚.
Don't worry where to pee or poop haha! They have Cr for you baby!Just pay 5Php. It was funny to encounter the comfort room without toilet bowl. This is to make sure that you will pee only not poops (as the owner said)πŸ˜‚ So,if you pee there, don't ever look for the toilet bowl just pees on the floor.  Ps: there is water in the cr and it's clean. Mabango pa kesa sa hininga mo.
For more info you can contact the number given aboveπŸ‘†.Kuya Pogi was the tour guide assigned to us.After fixing ourselves we already start the trek.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ yey!.

Along the trail,we meet this first group of mountaineer from laguna.
Always be pleasant to the people you meet on the way going up-for they are the same people you meet on the way down. -Wilson
From riding boat to this.Wow! I was really amazed. While walking under this bamboo tunnel i feel more exciting for what's next. Mother Nature never fails us to show its natural beauty.πŸ˜‚  Toward the campsite it gets steeper but thanks to kuya Pogi for creating walking sticks to assist us.
After 1.5 hours of trek we decide to take our lunch first, before we proceed to the summit. So we had time also to catch our breath.😁 while having our lunch some of the mountaineers already came. Meet our new friends from the right Jm,Loraine, john loyd(sabi nya eh) Kuya Gilbert and the other group from laguna.
You will notice the half of the grass is brown, as kuya Pogi said, the grass was burn intentionally so that it will grow and bloom again. They use to do this every year before the holy week. So,if you wish to go there and catch the grass blossom, wait for the month of May.It was great.(Great talaga besh tinadtad ba naman ng hiwa braso ko e).πŸ˜‚Don't forget to wear long sleeve to protect your belo skin from the sharp wild grass. Wait there's more bring an umbrella or sunblock.(subrang init)

By the end of the trail we were rewarded the 360 views of Laguna de Bay.From the summit you can see the different island like Malaki island, Bonga island, pihan island,Calamba island and Jalajala island. 😁😁
It's windy up there so don't forget to hold your Cap or else, the wind will blow it away.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ like what happened to us. We really enjoy the view supa dupa! There is a part of me that wanted to camp at the summit. As if they would allow me.(kaso bawal besh my camping site diba?πŸ˜‚ doon ka na sa tama.Bakit kasi masarap ang hindi pwede😟).
This mountain is one of my favorite chorva.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ just kidding.  I mean one of my favorite mountain i've been.

Credit all the photos to this handsome photograper kuya Gibs. Except for those low quality photos taken from our cellphone camera.πŸ˜†

Mount.Malagundi Trail
Mt.malagundi is a newly opened trail. From the campsite of Mount.tagapo we're heading to Mt.Malagundi.Bestie and i decide to do a traverse tsar!πŸ˜‚yobong! But this time we proceed the trail with the other group of mountaineer.

The more the merrier!πŸ˜‚yeah that's true. To be honest Mt.malagundi was not in the plan in short we're not prepared,(they are not really prepared) we just muddle trough.

Despite of the heat of the sun and those struggles,we managed to play like a kid.( Play like a kid and enjoy life while we were young.)

During our trail to Mt.Malagundi look what we've found.😊😊 A cute Baby Owl. Yas! That's oooooowwwlll..πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Finally! The malagundi is here! I don't get it. Why they call it Malagundi if there is no Lagundi on the place.tsar lang.πŸ˜‚ The Background view of Mt.Malagundi is same as Mt.tagapo. The only difference between this mountain was the trail. When you take Malagundi trail it take more hours to reach the Brgy.hall doubles as the time you take Mt. Tagapo.
Picture! Picture! While waiting for our tour guide.😊
Subsequently we experience the mt.tagapo and Malagundi trails at last we already arrive to the base camp. Take group photos, paid our tour guide, eat and preparing ourselve for leaving. 😁

Waiting for the boat..
Tada! Here we are again..

Leaving Brgy.Janosa😊😊

The long trip is over.😊 Time to say goodbye! I'm glad i met them. Even in the short period of time we managed to shares our experiences. We completed the trail but not our friendship.😊😊 until we meet again.😍

Special thanks to my very supportive bestfriend..😊 i love you so much my dear!.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Lahat ng mga namumundok may dahilan yong iba gusto lang ma experience pero madalas gusto mag Move onπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ tsar lang.. last na yan k bye. Mwah

Aloguinsan Hidden Beach Resort

Aloguinsan Beach Resort is 2 hours away from the City of Cebu. Quiet, nice and wonderful place hidden in the province of Aloguinsan. If you want to have a "me time", this Resort is suit for you. Aloguinsan can offer you the beauty of sunrise and sunset, to those beach lover they offer an overnight stay. Just rent a tent. For just 50 pesos entrance fee you can enjoy  the beach as much as you want. In the area there is a"Carenderia" where you can buy food, and Sari- sari stores for your other needs.

I was a bit bored that time when i decide to go there. I don't know where to go what to do.But google is my friend haha! I keep searching for beaches in cebu and i read one of the blog post that Aloguinsan was the nearest.Since i was alone i started packing up my things and go!.
I really enjoyed my trip. Green trees, mountains, people, fresh air.Its kind of great. Yes! Im in a province a beautiful place where i can enjoy myself alone.
Nice view
Wonderful
During my trip going there i talk some of the passenger.  They kept on asking where i am going. Who is my companion. I talk to them like an old friends and have some conversation about how was the life in a province. As a "probinsyana" i can relate to them, i love talking people that live in province. Good thing, i know how to speak Cebuano. I was lucky that i am one of those people that grow in the province.
I wondered how long should i take to reach the beach.I already felt my butt get tired of sitting down so long.Hindi pa ako nakakarating.  To avoid the boredom, I never stop on talking and asking to whoever sit beside me. 😊 "Ang daldal ko" or should i say friendly lang talaga ako.πŸ˜‚please noticed "kuya" who keep staring in me, while asking some questions.
Kuya passenger
Winding road that keeps me wide awake, fresh air plus the beautiful views of the mountains its all worth it. I never mind what am i do. I really shouted and keep on saying Wow!haha. I don't care how long i traveled as long as i have this view and experience.Charoot!.
Going to pinamungahan
Winding road
After 3 hours of traveling i already reach the Aloguinsan.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚From the drop off point,it takes a minute to reach the resort(as the local said). Since it was my first time,i hired a habal-habal. I thought it was far away from where i get off the bus.Actually it's a walking distance. So if you wish to go there, just ask the direction.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Aloguinsan Hidden beach view
All the local whose working there was very accommodating. The place was very nice and clean. Aside from renting a tent there is also an "private Rooms" where you can stay. There is also a common Cr for bathing. For more information just contact the number below.
Bathing area
Instagram picture perfect!😊
The beach
Alone? I can go wherever i like and do whatever i want.Traveling alone means doing such a great things without worrying about others.😊
Overnight stay
When the sun was about to set.I never miss the chance to witness the glimpse of its beauty.
Sunset
Since it was already late for me to traveled going back to Cebu city, i decided to stay here for one night. By 6pm i was started to set up my tent. After the tiring trip i rest a bit and i already feel that my stomach was calling for food.πŸ˜‚Good thing i have biscuits. I'm on a diet! Char! "Nagtitipid.
Ellen Adarna?
You can even swim here naked! I suggest you to go there on weekdays to avoid the crowd.
I was jealous of those sweet couples who are there.most of them were a foreigner.I think i was the only one going there solo.😊😊 (lonely is the night when im not with you!) Singing.
Night at the beach
Instead of sleeping inside the tent, i choose to stay outside for a while.I spread my towel in the sand, lying there and do star gazing.Counting the stars as if i can.πŸ˜‚I started making some weird scenario of my head, thinking i was in the clouds flying like an angel.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Its was cold. I felt like i want someone to spice up my night.haha! Landi!!πŸ˜‚ The best part of that moment the was the warm of his touch and the sweetness of his kisses. Yuck! Hahaha so gross.Eew..just kidding guys!. I just need Blanket. Lol
The reflections of hundred of  stars and moonlight were very dramatic. It makes me feel i was in the movie.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ enebeyen OA na!.
Peaceful night, cold air and meditating sounds of the waves made us feel relax. I was talking about the people that are there also.😊😊
After a very long dramatic night of my life and a peaceful sleep i think that's enough.I woke up early. Pack up my things.Took my breakfast and leaving the resort.Take habal-habal going to the terminal where i can ride going back to the City of Cebu. Leaving this place with full of happiness.
The pabebe walk
Another adventure, another stories, new Experience.Don't be scared to travel alone.Don't be scared to try. I think it's very healthy to spend time alone sometimes. Sleep alone and wake up alone without fear was the best feeling in the world.Because sometimes you have to be lost to find yourself again.

Mt.Balagbag-Mt.maranat Traverse

Mount Balagbag and Mount Maranat
777+ MASL (Mt Balagbag) and 811 MASL (Mt Maranat).Days required / Hours to summit: 1 day / 1-2 hours (from jump off to Mt Balagbag)/ 2-2.5 hours (Mt Balagbag to Mt Maranat summit)Specs: Minor climb, Difficulty 3/9, Trail class 1-2.
Hiking is one of my favorite hobbies, swimming is not a cup of my tea(it depends on my mood). But in some of my friends "swimming is life!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ You can call them Swimming lover, i call them "sirena" buntot nalang talaga kulang. The original plan was to go on swimming. We woke up early just for it. Bad news the place was too crowded for us to swim.Since they are too choosy, we don't have any choice but to find another place to go. Since Mt. Balagbag was the nearest and the easiest mountain to climb, i decide to take them there. From Baras Rizal we traveled going back to Sta.Lucia it was the nearest terminal going to Commonwealth Quezon.
From Sta.Lucia we ride a jeep going to Commonwealth. After a long trip we arrived at Commonwealth by 11:30am. From there we ride a Bus again going to Tungko. One of my friend keep on asking (complaining anyway).πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ "parang mas mahaba pa ang byahe natin ah".We're running out of time its 12:00pm . Oa? 11:30 palang po!πŸ˜‚ While we were in the bus some of them slept. Instead of sleeping Rose and i have some conversation with our childhood memories. A minute later i wondered why the bus conductor did not ask for the fee. I thought one of my friends paid our fares. When we reach tungko by 12:35pm i asked them if they do pay the fare but they said No!😱 They also expected that i was the one that paid the fare. Omg! "Walang nagbayad kahit isa sa amin" inshort nakalibre kami sa pamasahe.tsk! Tsk! Not a good idea.Dont imitate us guys! Its badπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
Before we ride again on the jeep going to licao licao, we first buy some food to eat. While waiting for Carlo and Kenneth,we just have conversation with some of the jeepney driver. A minute later wala parin sila! Aba ang mga loko dinidiskartehan pa pala ang tindera ng "Mang Tinapay"(bakery).Pinaghintay pa kami.πŸ˜‚ To make it short we reach the Licao licao by 1:45pm. To save time we ride a tricycle going to Brgy.Hall Registered and start the trek.
Since hiking was not in the plan.I am completely unprepared, i don't have everything, even water to drink, shoes to hike, jacket or cap.Good thing i have suncreenπŸ˜‚ .I also have my tent and sleeping bag, supposed to be for our picnic in Baras Falls.
After a minute of walking, nagpahinga muna kami saglit"my gudness ang init ah"
I saw children climbing the berry tree. Ofcourse i ask some Of the berry fruit.πŸ˜‚ I remember my younger days.πŸ˜‚ gawain ko rin ito noon.

Im not really sure the name of this fruit but i used to call it Berry when i was a child. It taste like green mango (ang sarap).
2:30pm we took again the Balagbag trail and what made it difficult was the scorching heat of the sun. Since we wanted this kind of thing we never give up!.
Whenever we find a beautiful spot we take pictures!
Since it was not hard to climb,we really enjoy it. (They enjoy the climb). Nothing makes me more happier than seeing my friends happy.
After an hour of walking we finally reach the Summit of mount balagbag.

Since it's late for us to leave. We plan to sleep at the summit (camp site).Nag start na rin kaming maglatag ng tent. 5:00pm when the sun was about to set, all of us don't miss the chance to take pictures. Here is one of the shots that we took.

After taking pictures, our boys were preparing our dinnerπŸ˜‚. They also grill fish that we bought from Tungko market (buti nga hindi nasira). Its getting dark and the City began to light. What an amazing, wonderful view from the top. It makes me "Senti" cahroot!.πŸ˜‚

The wind is strong and its getting colder.bad thing i don't have jacket. My bestfriend is  A.R. always readyπŸ˜‚ She lent me her jacket, since she have her blanket. After we finished eating dinner, we girls entered inside the tent.
No cellphone signal,no lights (only the city light view) While the boys still outside,we girls slept early.(sarap matulog kasi malamig).
Woke up 6:00am waiting for the sunrise. Unfotunately the sun refuse to shine.πŸ˜‚ we take some pictures in the every part of mount Balagbag "daw manol bala haw kong sa ilonggo pa."πŸ˜‚
Going back to our tent for breakfast.

We started to packed up our thing by 7:30am.After refilling our water container, we're ready to leave!!
Walang friend friend sa bundok ang bagal nila maglakad.πŸ˜‚After an Hour of walking i reach the Brgy.Balagbag Alone. I waited there about a minute. When they come. I decided to hike Mount maranat.πŸ˜‚ one of my friend said"bastos to! Edi sana kanina mo pa sinabi habang nasa taas tayo"  actually sinabi ko na sa kanila. Hinintay lang talaga nila na sasabihin kong ako magbabayad ng tour guide.πŸ˜‚
"MOUNT MARANAT TRAIL"
Before we start our trek.We left some of our things in Brgy.Hall and Bought some trail food,Bad things we already discarded our water container. "Andun nalang kami sa Bahala na!" Our tour guide told us that there is a mini stop along the way where you can buy food. After i signed the waiver we start the trail by 9:30am

Reach this river after 30 minutes of trekking.(mejo malakas pa kami). The water here was clear, our tour guide told us that we can drink the water. We refill our water container and took the trail again.

At first, the trail was easy because it's relatively flat. The weather was really unpredictable. The rain start and it showed little."nandito na rin naman tayo ituloy na natin".We arrived at River By 11:00am. After eating our Lunch we proceed to the main destination which is Maranat Falls. But in order to get to the other side. We have to cross the river."sisiw lang yan sa amin yan lang pala eh".(yabang!πŸ˜‚)

The smile behind the thousands of tired. Never give up is our motto in life! πŸ˜‚
I was impressed with this kid. For almost  hour of trekking parang wala lang sa kanya ang pagodπŸ˜‚ "grabe bhe ang lakas mo".
Finally!!πŸ˜‚we made it!  Reaching the twin Falls makes us forget of all the tiredness!"Mga hangol sa tubig kong si Carlo pa"
We put down our things and jump instantly  as fast as 4:00am! Haha! "Mabilis pa sa alas kuatro"
After spending minutes in swimming and picture taking at the falls, we are going back to the river again.

At this point, we actually wanted to stay longer in the river, but we need to chase the last trip going to Tungko. After refilling our water container, we start the trek again."kapag naalala ko yong dinaanan natin kanina parang ayaw ko ng bumalikπŸ˜‚".(saklap).

I'm a bit tired this time.πŸ˜‚ "wala kang choice kailangan mong maglakad"  Actually, Mount Maranat is not that hard to climb. What make it hard was the scroching hot of the sun and sometimes when it rains the trail will be muddy.
*Note: Before you go for hike do not forget to check the weather forecast. No joke! Mawawalan ka lang ng gana kapag subrang muddy😦

The last Groufie before leaving Maranat. Very tiring but its really worth it! Since it was our first twin hike,we are so proud of ourselves this time. We made it!!
Maranat is a quiet hard mountain to climb. One of the hardest mountain i've been(for me haha!) Kasi kahit pababa kana parang paakyat ka parinπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
From the πŸ‘ˆtoπŸ‘‰kim,tatet,angelie,carlo,ken,and Rose!πŸ˜‚
Thank you so much guys! Special thanks to Carlo sa pagpapahiram ng T-shirt.
Ps: All the photos that i posted here are no Filter. Sorry for the low quality pictures.πŸ˜‚ I am just using a cellphone camera.
